Sanjay Kumar Senior Lecturer at CAW teaches Academic Writing and Co-Director of CEU's new University Access and Preparatory Programs to be piloted from Fall term, 2024.. He will be in charge of CEU's new Matura Support Program(MSP) for high school students in Austria. Sanjay holds a PhD in English Literature from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi. He has 25 years of university teaching experience in courses related to English language, Literature and Culture, Effective Communication Skills, Linguistics, in national technical universities and premier Business schools in India like the National institute of Technology(NIT) and Indian Institute of Management (IIM).He was an Assistant Professor in English in the Department of Modern Philology, Selye Janos University, Slovakia and International Business School(IBS),Budapest. He also taught English and Academic Writing for undergraduate, graduate students and doctoral researchers in Corvinus University, Budapest. He was the Director of Studies (DoS) for the Open Society Foundation(OSF), New York, Pre-Academic summer school in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

He is also a member of the Committee for Adjudicating Academic Dishonesty of the Department of Public Policy (SPP). In November 2022, Sanjay was appointed as the Chair of the CEU PU Senate NVEC( Nomination, Voting, Election and Counting) committee to oversee and conduct the first online Senate elections of CEU PU, Vienna.

From August 1, 2022, to July 31, 2024 Sanjay is a Project Co-Leader of the OSUN-funded project Experimental Humanities Collaborative Network (EHCN) at the OSUN Network Level. He is also teaching the OSUN Network Collaborative course on Digital theatres for BA CPS program with five other institutions in Africa, US, Europe and UK.
