The Yehuda Elkana Center for Teaching, Learning, and Higher Education Research is pleased to offer courses and workshops in the field of higher education policy and administration. They are open to employees and qualified students of OSUN-member institutions, as well as CEU alumni. To date, 340 participants from 14 institutions have participated since 2021.

Currently Offered Courses & Workshops in HE Administration
The program offered during the 2024/25 academic year includes the following:
- Working with Data: A Workshop for Higher Education Professionals, (March 6 and 13, 2025 online) designed for higher education practitioners by our colleagues from CEU’s Institutional Research Office (IRO):
- Effective Leadership and Management of Higher Education Institutions, a new online course (April-May 2025) open not only to OSUN, staff, faculty and students but also to CEU alumni
- Quality Matters in University Education, Summer University Network course in Budapest, June 30-July 4, 2025
- Higher Education Policy Design and Implementation (DOPP5298)- (Fall 2024), designed for CEU MA students
