Call for Applications: Yehuda Elkana Doctoral Fellowship in Higher Education Policy (deadline: 1 February 2024)

Central European University’s (CEU) Doctoral School of Political Science, Public Policy and International Relations and the Yehuda Elkana Center for Teaching, Learning and Higher Education Research invites outstanding young scholars interested in pursuing a doctoral degree with a specialization in higher education policy to apply for the Yehuda Elkana Fellowship.

The fellowship is offered to those candidates who are successfully admitted to the School’s doctoral program to pursue advanced education and research in higher education policy and is awarded for a period of 48 months in total. The Fellowship covers the full cost of tuition, and it includes a monthly stipend to assist with housing and living costs.
