The Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL) is launching a new initiative for teaching assistants who do their teaching assistantship this academic year. This workshop series aims to support them in this endeavor.

In the workshop, participants will engage in planning teaching sessions and designing learning activities that are student-centered, meaningful and feasible. They will also have the opportunity to receive individualized feedback on their teaching plans from CTL Faculty, as well as to learn from the experiences of their peers.

The workshop series will run from October to December 2018 (one meeting per month), and is open only to doctoral students who will be doing their teaching assistantship during this academic year.
The workshop is particularly recommended to those TAs who did not or could not participate in the courses offered by the CTL.

We invite the TAs to sign up here by 7 October 2018.

We look forward to start working with you on October 10 at the CTL!
